Sails @ Denarau started trading in April 2022, with a vision of serving you “The freshest seafood Fiji has to Offer - from ocean to fork”. We are located at the Port Denarau Marina, two mins from the Bula bus drop off or one minute from the ferry terminal.
We operate four fishing boats so that we can provide you with the fresh ocean to fork experience. We only serve premium line caught fish and our divers dive daily for fresh lobster and bugs. We have created partnerships with local villagers for fresh prawns and crab to ensure that every piece of seafood on our plate has been locally sourced - Yes, we do not serve any imported seafood.
The wine on our menu has been carefully selected to form the perfect accompaniment with our delicious menu. You can choose champagne, wine or sparkling wine from our extensive menu or ask one of our staff to recommend a bottle.
